All packages are sent out using second class mail (non-UK orders are sent via airmail) and in sturdy protective mailing envelopes.

Delivery Schedule
Everything on the website that says that it is in stock, is in stock. We try to deliver your order when possible right away. Orders should take no longer than a week for us to dispatch. As soon as we receive your order here you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. On the day we dispatch your order you will be sent confirmation of your orders dispatch. Return Policy
Damaged/Returned Items
While we do our best to ensure all items are of merchandisable quality, we are occasionally supplied with mis-pressed / marked CDs and vinyl, and stuff does get damaged in the post. If this is the case, we are happy to replace them. All we ask is that you send any damaged items back to us. There will be no extra charge for the replacements.

You have the right to right your items to our postal address at the bottom of the page within seven working days after delivery if you are not happy with your purchase, just as long as any CDs are still in their shrink-wrap and vinyl is in the same condition as it was when we sent it.

If the package is returned to us, we will get in touch with you straight away.
